March 1st kicks off Food Tips & Challenges. Before putting your bodies to work, we have to take care of it first. Join us as we improve our diets one meal at a time.

April 1st is our ACTION MONTH. After everything you've learned, it's time to get physical by participating in DAILY FITNESS CHALLENGES.

May 1st is your chance to make the changes permanent. It takes roughly 3 weeks to create a habit, so let's make it a good one!

June is the culmination of it all. We'll be playing flag football to increase physical activity and inspire healthier lifestyles! You ready??
