  • March 1st kicks off Food Tips & Challenges.  Before putting your bodies to work, we have to take care of it first.  Join us as we improve our diets one meal at a time.

 

  • April 1st is our ACTION MONTH.  After everything you've learned, it's time to get physical by participating in DAILY FITNESS CHALLENGES.

 

  • May 1st is your chance to make the changes permanent.  It takes roughly 3 weeks to create a habit, so let's make it a good one!

 

  • June is the culmination of it all.  We'll be playing flag football to increase physical activity and inspire healthier lifestyles!  You ready??
